[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide operations and maintenance services for the outbound passenger inline baggage handling system for system performance monitoring, dispatch of repair and bag jam
response, record keeping in the computerized maintenance management system relative to system performance characteristics and statistics, and stakeholder communications, develop and provide the appropriate documentation and training to support all contracted operational facets of the system, operate the baggage control room to monitor and track system performance and coordinate planned system usage with baggage handling demand, dispatch for maintenance and bag jam retrieval, and coordinate as appropriate with all stakeholders, operate the system in such a manner as to achieve maximum throughput rates, sortation accuracy, tracking accuracy, read rates, and system availability, conduct periodic system performance reviews, analyze and assess the system performance through report and information analysis, inspect and note suspected and malfunctioning system components for the necessary maintenance activity, conduct periodic reviews of maintenance procedures.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on March 29, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 2, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
