[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide counseling and social work services for to help students understand and overcome social and behavioral problems through classroom guidance and counseling,
- Paying attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with students,
- Counseling individuals and small groups on the basis of student and school needs,
- Work with students to development skills, such as organizational and time management abilities and effective study habits,
- Confers with administrators and teachers providing possible interventions,
- Help students create a plan to achieve academic goals,
- Maintain student records and confidentially as required,
- Teach students about specific topics such as bullying, substance abuse as appropriate to the age level, Capacity to provide high-quality counseling for students,
- Capacity to provide high-quality ongoing progress in meeting student needs,
- Knowledge of various counseling techniques and crisis prevention and arbitration techniques,
- Ability to provide ongoing support and follow up with teachers and administrators,
- Also need 3-5 years of experience in counseling and social work preferred to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
