- Provide legal advice to the building official town planner and land use administrative officer.
- Provide legal advice to town council members regarding town land use matters.
- Provide legal advice to the town engineer regarding town land use matters.
- Provide legal advice to the town building official regarding town land use matters.
- Legal research regarding the town zoning ordinance and land development and subdivision regulations.
- Analyzes legislation including proposed state and federal land use legislation affecting the town.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.
