(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services will digitize these extant files to produce usable files Excel format to be linked to the dashboard or similar systems.
- Convert each of the fourteen record types from text-format to excel format, clean the extracted files to ensure that their content is usable, extract relevant information from each of the two administrative files into separate excel sheets and write documentation for each file to indicate the formatting and column contents.
(2) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
(3) The work will be done Providence, RI.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
