[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account marketing services to find a carrier who is able to provide best in class service at competitive costs services including Health FSA, dependent care FSA and parking, transit FSA.
- General services including administration manual, statistical data maintenance and reporting, underwriting and actuarial support, new hire enrollment material.
- Claim services including, claim preparation, claim adjudication, claim payment, underwriting for late entrants, explanation of benefits.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
