[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information management support services for a fully outsourced IT management provider to provide proactive maintenance, support and other IT related services including initial assessment, desktop applications support, server administration services, network administration services, security, strategic planning, help desk support, end user training and onsite support to the government authority located in Exeter, RI.
(2) An onsite visit will be held on March 1, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 1, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
