[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consultant services for ongoing selection and monitoring of investments, investment managers, services providers, fees and contracts, evaluation of investments and investment managers for equities and fixed income investment categories, preparing quarterly reports of investment performance and risk, updating and educating, implementation of asset allocation plan including any rebalancing and transition management, advising on risk management issues, review and advising on investments in the equity and fixed income markets including selection of investments and review and advise on investment performance on no less than an annual basis, including performance of any peer investments to the government authority located in Johnston, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
