[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based land records management system.
- Land Evidence indexing and in-house scanning to include work with document printers with duplex, letter and legal size printing capabilities, verification and correction of land evidence indexes, imaging, capability for town clerk staff to scan and index historical records, reporting functionality with options to print a hard copy or export to a PDF, CSV or Excel, ability to improve a scanned document image including sharpening the image, removing unsightly or dark marks, comprehensive search system including the capability of viewing scanned images, comprehensive, online based land evidence records search, where documents are immediately available for viewing, cash reporting functionality to include daily, monthly and annual reports with totals by cash/check/credit card and system must accept credit card processing.
- Trade Name indexing and in-house scanning, military discharge indexing and in-house scanning, ability to record and index the town’s recorded land plans to be scanned and loaded by the vendor, ability to send electronically town records to the town’s microfilming company, data and image conversion of town’s land records system, images are stored in multi-page TIFF format, public access document indexes and images must be device and web browser, ability for customers to create individual accounts and pay online and print at home, ability to print or electronically capture index prints, auditing throughout the system.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than December 19, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
