Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for IT service management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT service management system to provide a software suit to manage IT service under the ITIL framework. The system must support all aspects of IT service management including incident, problem, request, change, project, portfolio and configuration management.
The system must be fully accessible form a variety of end-point computing devices to include desktop, laptop, tablet and phone devices.
- The system must support an end-user interface for submitting and receiving status updates about all of the elements of the ITIL framework and support both request approval processes as well as the prioritization and scoring activities of our IT governance groups.
- Integration, as appropriate, form its student information system, PeopleSoft version9.0/9.2, Financial system, PeopleSoft version 9.2, and its human resource system, PeopleSoft human capital management version 9.2.
- Ongoing technical support services for all services delivery of the system to URI, including ongoing live environment support, performance monitoring, data security systems and procedures, patches, fixes and upgrades.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
