Vendor needs to provide, furnish and installation of a fire department records management system records management system.
- The selected record management system must be able to fully integrate with the symposium technologies EMI computer-aided dispatch system.
- Systems which have not been fully tested and in use in a live operational environment will not be considered.
- A list of clients, references are required.
- Provide a complete and functioning turn-key system.
- Train the City to use it effectively.
- Convert data from and support the transition from current operations to the use of the new system.
- Provide warranty and on-going maintenance of the system.
- Solution is compatible with all current web browsers (Edge, IE, Chrome, etc.)
- Ability to interface with Symposium Technologies Horizon EME Computer Aided Dispatch
- Multiple data storage sites

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
