.Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for passenger ridership data collection and surveys services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide passenger ridership data collection and surveys services for all necessary approvals, complete all tasks and prepare and submit the required deliverables to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- The consultant has the option to perform off peak mid-day and evening counts on-board the trains at T.F greens and Wickford junction
- Consultant staff must be ready to begin counts at least 15 minutes before each train scheduled departure and 10 minutes before each train scheduled arrival at a terminus station
- The consultant must seek and obtain a letter from the pre-approving each quarter count dates
- Counts at providence station must occur in the waiting area
- Counting is not permitted on train platforms
- Counts at providence station require a minimum of two staffer
- The consultant must develop a procedure for quality assurance and quality control of data
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 19, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
