[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide member survey services to assess demand within the active employee and retiree membership for new services related to retirement planning to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Conduct a survey of the active and retired membership of the employees' retirement system which will assess satisfaction with current service offerings.
- Conduct a survey of the active and retired membership of the employees' retirement system which will identify additional services desired by members at various stages of their working career, postemployment life, and in consideration of demographic factors across those stages.
- Develop an interim report summarizing survey results for consideration and review by the employees' retirement system management.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 02, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
