Vendor needs to provide student records digital documents imaging system for scanning, storing, retrieving, viewing, copying and destroying inactive student records.
- Each box contains 30-45 student files with approximately 150 pages per student file on average.
- File Conversion to support a unit scanning documents, a fully implemented system should include the conversion of student records with backup copy on microfilm as required by state general laws.
- Image resolution: TIFF and PDF, resolution of 300 DPI.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
