[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-traditional apprenticeship grants services as an effective strategy towards increasing skills and employment, an important talent development strategy and a critical post-secondary education and training alternative in the suite of options offered through the workforce system, apprenticeships are increasingly being recognized as effective pathways towards careers that offer family-sustaining wages and pathways from entry level to middle skilled or professional careers, A nontraditional or non-trade apprenticeship is considered to be one outside of the skilled trades, emerging apprenticeship opportunities in nontraditional areas include such occupations as computer systems analysts and prosthetics technicians, training initiative and employer partnership that serves as a model or precursor for the proposed apprenticeship program, include the capacity to learn a skill through practical, hands-on experience as well as classroom instruction on the theoretical background, Hybrid and Competency-Based programs must include mechanism for evaluation of skills gained, Classroom instruction can take place on site, in a partner school, in appropriate cases, online to the authority government located in Cranston, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
