(1) Vendor needs to provide student debate consulting services includes
- Provide training and technical assistance to school personnel at each of the participating school
- Outline a plan to provide comprehensive professional development and services that effectively demonstrate a long-term impact for the most vulnerable, low-income or hard to reach disengaged youth in middle and high school in public school
- Collect, maintain and report data of student served
- Provide afterschool programs at the participating schools to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
