Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Media Production Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Media Production Services to create television and radio advertising for produce a series of high-quality stills/photographs with a focus on brand building including
- The development and production of:
a. Video: Three :30 videos including assistance with finding a location, taking video testimonial footage
and any necessary b-roll, music selection, video production, editing, post production and final mix. All
testimonials must be collected at the same time and location to reduce production costs.
b. Radio: The production of one :60, :30, and :15 radio spot using audio from the video testimonials and any necessary non-union voice over talent.
c. Photography: will require 2 hi-res photographs (or hi-res video stills) of each person interviewed (total of 5 people) for use on print and web media.
- Creating hard copy or digital media as needed for distribution to TV and radio outlets.
- Converting spot creative into web ready format and providing digital copies of creative.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 12, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
