[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to strategic consulting and data analytics of planning, delivery system design and development, project planning and management and detailed budget, policy and program analysis and design,
- Providing technical assistance and support to regarding reengineering and improving existing protocols and business processes,
- Developing and utilizing standard project planning and management processes, tools and templates based on best-practice models,
- Identifying potential barriers and making recommendations to
help ensure and improve the effectiveness and timely implementation of initiatives and
projects,
- Developing and utilizing effective models to analyze fiscal implications of potential changes to policy, including policies that may have cross-agency implications, including identifying database and system-related issues and making recommendations to ensure accurate and timely reporting,
- Profiling current programs and healthcare workforce and projecting, documenting and presenting future needs in alignment with best practices.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
