[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide training professionals to be available on an as‐needed basis to teach leadership, management, and supervision development programs to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Trainers will design and deliver 2.5‐4-hour workshops, at times for multiple audiences. Workshop topics may include: diversity and inclusion, communication in a diverse workplace, managing workplace conflict, effective supervision, coaching and feedback, or strategic thinking and decision making.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 21, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
