Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Information Technology Consulting Firms Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Information Technology Consulting Firms Services to Upgrade our Microsoft Office 2010 and Exchange 2010 Products
- Upgrade Microsoft Office and Exchange – Vendor will advise and make recommendations regarding upgrading our Microsoft Office 2010 and Exchange 2010 products.
- Microsoft Office Upgrade and Conversion – After a discussion and agreement with PHA IT staff, vendor will upgrade/install new software, along with the conversion of our existing e-mails, calendars, contacts and other Outlook features.
- Software Upgrade Testing – Vendor will test to ensure 100% accuracy and 100% availability of e-mails and folders (within Outlook) during and completion of software upgrade and conversion.
- Reconfigure and Test E-mail Backup - Vendor will reconfigure our e-mail backups to ensure 100% accuracy, we are using Veeam 9.5 as our backup software. A restore of select e-mails will take place to ensure backups are working correctly.
- Domain Name Change
- Email encryption – Vendor will advise and recommend email encryption solution After discussion and agreement with IT staff, vendor will install and configure encryption software to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
