[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide land records management system to implementation, training, maintenance, supplies, subscriptions, support and upgrades, Conversion of the data in the current land management system must be included.
- Ability to access document indexes and images via multiple web browsers
- Land Evidence indexing and in-house scanning to include ability to improve a scanned document image including removing unsightly or dark marks
- Reports print outs in hard copy and PDF
- Comprehensive search system including the capability of viewing scanned images.
- Vital Records indexing and in-house scanning of marriage and death records only
- ability to record; index; maps to be scanned and loaded onto mapping program.
- Off site microfilm data storage.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
