[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water bill laser printing and mailing services to approximately 75,000 customers bill on a monthly basis, receiving PDF file electronically over the phone lines, merge print image on the file with bill form to produce customers statement, review prior to mailing bills, promotional slips postage process required, email bills to customers on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than June 18, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
