[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide furnish and installation of a computer aided dispatch system to support the ability for the client-side system administrators to change fields or drop-down menus, support the use of a command line or mouse, handle multiple incidents from multiple fire services at the same time, support call taking and dispatch functions on all workstations, integrate with map-based GPS-capable mobile data system that displays incident, event and unit information, and allows responding units to update their status in real time, map display shall show a symbol or icon of all active incidents, fire stations and logged- on units, integration with google maps mapping solutions, integration with the picometre aerial oblique photography software, cad system shall accommodate calls received from a variety of sources, system shall be phase i and ii e911 compliant, receive calls using an onscreen interface for call taking, record the method of receipt of call - preferably from a user-definable dropdown menu of possibilities, caller telephone number, caller name, caller street address, caller municipality.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
