[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide translation and interpretation services of providing telephonic and in-person interpretation, as well as written translation services, from English to specific target languages, and from those target languages, to English, on an as-needed basis, to enhance customer service for public-facing departments.
- Telephonic interpretation is expected to be available 24/7/365 to support emergency-response and telecommunications department, though the majority of calls are expected to be within business hours (8:30AM-4:30PM M-F)
- Languages Required English, Spanish, Khmer/Cambodian, Chinese (Mandarin for spoken, Simplified Chinese for written), Portuguese/Portuguese Creole
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 24, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
