(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based commercial-off-the-shelf incident and complaint reporting system to collect, track and report on complaints and incidents regarding individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioural healthcare issues and other disabilities.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
