[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide police and fire employees term-life insurance services including its basic coverage only, there is no accident death and dismemberment coverage for employees, allow currently insured fire retirees, and those employees who subsequent to the awarding, option of continuing coverage, retire expenses, etc.to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
