(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document conversion, storage and destruction System and Service using scanning resolution at 200 dpi in TIFF and OCR format of student records to staff, families or individuals.
(2) Each box holds approximately 13 files with approximately 200 pages per folder on average.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
