[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance management system and quality assurance programs that provide a range of services such as low-interest loans, grants, subsidies, education and assistance to help find, rent, buy, build and keep a good home, create an inventory of current compliance monitoring and quality assurance tasks including responsibility and frequency.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
