[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-award electronic grants management system that will encompass a wide range of research projects, programs and opportunities, supports budget development with links to HR system, allows users to build and maintain professional profiles, allows custom fields with custom drop-down values, ability to link grants throughout the entire lifecycle, supports detailed proposal data tracking, analysis and reporting.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
