[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based parking management system for improves staff efficiency, enhances customer convenience, increases revenues and creates better parker compliance, allow for the use of modern coding platforms, architectures and data exchange methods, able to utilize virtual or traditional permits, accept credit, debit and payroll deductions and online permit purchasing portal as well as a mobile app.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be five years.
