(1) Vendor needs to provide for landscape architectural planning and engineering services for preliminary site design showing proposed hardscape and site improvements, preliminary cost estimates for each phase of work, design development drawings and specifications for relocated utilities, construction details for utilities, traffic control devices, hardscape materials, lighting, vehicular control signage, and site furniture to the government authority located in Cranston RI.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on December 6, 2017.
(3) All the question must be submitted no later than December 15, 2017.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.
