[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing aid loan bank audiologist consultant services for hearing aids, monitoring loaned hearing aids, and maintaining an adequate inventory of aids to meet the needs of infants, toddlers, and school age children up to age 18, who have a diagnosed hearing loss, communicating with other audiologists and families as needed to ensure that eligible children receive appropriate hearing aids, updating the existing inventory of hearing aids by purchasing new hearing aids with current technology to meet the needs of children with hearing loss to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2017.
(3) A contract term should be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
