[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system for replacing our legacy case management, tracking, and financial information systems with a modern case management system, increase efficiencies and operational effectiveness, improve data management, allow for integration of data from outside agencies, ready access to real‐time data, automation of data input processes, reduce paper‐based documentation and tracking, client-facing, project-based, and technology implementation work, ability to describe both functional and process workflow requirements and ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with the project team and key stakeholders.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
