(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update services to the government authority located in Newport, RI.– Review previously completed and ongoing planning studies for various city departments and regional partners.– Project management: consultant shall select a project manager and team who will serve as the primary point of contact for the duration of the project.– Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, invoices, and billings.– Prepare population, economic, and market studies of the community and prepare estimates, projections, and forecasts for ten– and twenty–year planning horizons.– Prepare priorities, goals, and objectives and make recommendations for policies, strategies and actions for plan implementation.– Prepare a final plan complete with results, analyses, conclusions and recommendations for approval by the city.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
