(1) Vendor needs to provide elementary school photography services.– Such services may include to individual student portraits, class pictures, yearbook publication, and school–sponsored events as scheduled by employees.– Photographic sessions dates and times are to be arranged between the photographer and the school principal to their mutual satisfaction. Sessions should include individual portraits and class portraits for purchase by the student.– Group pictures for all classes.– Ten sets of composite banners of each grade level with every student photograph.– Flash Drive and Shared Cloud Store Folder providing passport–type student images and information indexed to corresponding student identification numbers in a jpeg format available as a stand–alone software program and to be downloaded into school databases.– Photos should be sorted in packages by classroom for distribution to each school.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
