(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile outreach and coordinated response services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– To provide peer–led mobile outreach and a coordinated overdose prevention response– Conduct mobile street outreach for 40 hours per week in downtown providence during peak hours– Engaging residents in conversations about substance use, recovery, and overall wellbeing– Providing follow–up services in the form of peer recovery support services, case management, orequivalent services for ongoing support need– Tracking system for mobile street outreach activities– Provide education and support to Downtown businesses and key stakeholders– Responds to locations reported to 3–1–1 and other City services, upon request– Establish and implement CLAS and ADA to increase compliance in an effort to advance accessibilityand equity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2025.
