(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writer services.– To develop a grant writing strategy for the Town– To determine what type of funding is available, determine terms and conditions of available grants including required matching funds– Provide monthly reports of activities including grant applications, status of grants, required reporting and other grant related activities– Coordinate and comply with all grant–related deadlines– Coordinate financial drawdowns and grant budgeting
