(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system.– Ability to add web portals for interaction with government agencies and the public to input complaints.– Ability to manage and track case information from initiation to resolution.– Document management.– Multi–factor authentication.– Auditing capabilities.– Flexible integration capabilities.– Role based dashboards – configurable by user.– Rich text notes section.– Incident tracking.– Document management including, but not limited to, investigative reports, data analysis, significant litigation documents, such as charging documents, judgments and settlement agreements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 10, 2025.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
