(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Warren, RI.– Prepare and approve the form and legal content of contracts, deeds, leases, bonds and all other legal documents.– Coordinate legal activities as necessary with state, federal and local municipalities.– May be required to represent the authority before governmental bodies and agencies topromote the interest of the authority.– Provides itemized reports to the Authority detailing billings for legal services provided and any specialty work by outside counsel, and compare to the Authority’s budgets for said services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2025
