(1) Vendor needs to provide surveillance camera system to the government authority located in Wakefield, RI.– Agency is seeking proposals for the design, delivery, installation, training, and maintenance of a surveillance camera system.– A unified system that offers comprehensive monitoring and recording of diverse areas and buildings.– The ability to configure access and permissions based on security levels.– Future expansion capabilities to include access control features in subsequent projects– Cameras must be IP Based.– Cameras must be able to record in both night and day situations– Must provide both indoor and outdoor camera options as appropriate– Solution should provide a cloud web based hosted control and data storage model.– Software should include the ability to control any PTZ cameras.– Software must include capability for live view, playback and export functionality.– Must have the ability to activate camera recording upon motion detection– Monitoring, exporting and control must be compatible with newer Operating Systems and web browsers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2025.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 21, 2025.
