(1) Vendor needs to provide fest producing service.– Bidders should provide public programming, production, marketing and fundraising to co–produce Fest.– Bidder will share responsibility for fest visioning, curation, project management, administration, marketing, fundraising, fiscal management (including paying vendors), and production.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 3, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one years.(4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 2, 2025.
