(1) Vendor needs to provide workday strategic advisory service.– Vendors to provide independent Strategic Advisory and Quality Assurance Services– The vendor's responsibilities are divided into two main phases: Phase 0 (Pre–Implementation Readiness Assessment, Fit–Gap Analysis, and Preparation) and the Implementation Phase (Quality Assurance and Advisory Role).– Assess Feasibility of Workday Launch Methodology– Address Readiness Shortcomings and Close Requisite Gaps– Conduct a Comprehensive Fit–Gap Analysis– Establish Project Governance Framework– Develop Data Governance and Preparation Strategies– Standardize Business Processes– Review Integration Landscape– Optimize Chart of Accounts– Assess Workforce Readiness and Support Change Management– Assess Technology Infrastructure and Security– Define Initial Success Metrics(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2024.
