(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance program services to the government authority located in RI.• Increase awareness and readiness for entrepreneurs and small businesses applying for capital;• Result in the successful acquisition of capital, and/or support throughout the length of the loan;• Increase financial and business management skills; and• Support overall geographic coverage of businesses across the state.  – Loan Participation Program (“LPP”)– Venture Capital Program (“VCP”)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2024  (3) The contract period will be for three years.
