(1) Vendor needs to provide high resolution oblique and ortho aerial imagery service to the government authority located in RI.– Agency desires to obtain High Resolution Aerial Imagery obtained from low altitude flights, with capture dates in the Fall/Winter 2024 and a second capture as early in 2025 as logistically possible.• Image Resolution– The images must be high pixel spatial resolution uniformly sized (3” GSD or better), optimized for clarity commensurate with highest industry standards.• Aerial Imagery– Building tilt– Terrain relief– Sensor geometry– Camera tilt Aligned with known fixed points on the ground• Cloud Service– The Vendor must provide the agency with a secure cloud hosted site to view and host the imagery• Tools– Standard Zoom Capabilities– Must be optimized for viewing on a mobile device– Must have the ability to Measure Distance, Height, Elevation, Area• Change Detection– A change detection solution must be provided. Ideally the solution will allow an extract in .csv or .xls format.– The report (and or interactive dynamic map) must contain at a minimum: Parcel ID, Address, change type (new, addition to primary building, pool, deck/patio, shed, garage, etc…), change found.
