(1) Vendor needs to provide security system monitoring and maintenance service to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.– The station manned twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and provide full repair service during that time.– Provide a weekly report of all recorded alarm activities via mobile application tools.– All monitoring personnel and response personnel must be licensed alarm agents in the state.– City buildings that utilize a cloud managed video system must continue to be integrated so that any triggered burglar alarm sends a video clip to the designated city personnel for the specific building.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
