(1) Vendor needs to provide public health services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Collection and analysis of information to identify trends and opportunities for evidence–based prevention and health promotion initiatives.– Completion of evaluation reports and plans in accordance with federal grant requirements.– Program evaluation and improvement and building evidence–based justifications for securing adequate state and federal funding.– Assisting in the development and maintenance of surveillance systems.– Analyzing datasets to inform the surveillance systems.– Utilizing necessary tools to ensure best practices of data management and data storage.– Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure other data sources are considered and included in the surveillance system. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2024.
