(1) Vendor needs to provide wrestling and academic support service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.• Provide one–on–one or small group tutoring sessions focused on core academic subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies.• Ensure tutoring sessions are embedded after school to maximize student access.• Utilize high–quality instructional materials aligned with state standards and core classwork.• Incorporate data–driven instruction, using formative assessments to tailor sessions to individual student needs. • Implement a system to track student attendance, participation, and academic progress.• Generate and provide quarterly progress reports to students, parents, and school administrators.• Use data to continually assess and improve the effectiveness of the academic support program.• Assign mentors to student–athletes to provide academic guidance, monitor progress, and offer motivational support.• Conduct regular check–ins with students to set academic goals, review progress, and adjust support strategies as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 14, 2024. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
