INSU-3733 - USA (Providence, Rhode Island) - Dental Insurance Services - Deadline November 18,2024

(1) Vendor needs to provide dental insurance services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– Provide dental insurance for city employees.– Marketing is to evaluate a dental plan administrator and dental network– Provide assistance during the implementation process, including but not limited to information support at employee meetings– Monthly paid claim reports shall be provided to the City within twenty (20) business days of the end of each month.– Shall be available for monthly (or as needed) meetings with the City’s total rewards / benefit staff to discuss outstanding issues– Provide quarterly utilization reports and be available for quarterly meetings to review reports.– Annual paid claims reports shall be provided to the City within thirty (30) business days of the end of the year.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
