(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety complex design services to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI.• A new fire station to replace two existing stations• A new police facility• Relocation of the 911 call center • Kick–off meeting and visits to existing facilities• Review of completed analysis of current and projected staffing levels for police, fire & 9–1–1• Review of the completed space needs study• Interviews with key stakeholders• Design services for the new facilities and at least three site master plan options for the site• Assistance in the selection of a construction delivery method• A set of completed construction documents(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2024.(3) the contract period will be one year.
