(1) Vendor needs to provide food services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– Determine the needs, concerns, and expectations of the users of the program.– Visit the Central Production Facility and a representative sample of Elementary, Middle and High Schools to observe the lunch service.– Perform an analysis of the current food services contract.– Attend and help the district in administration of the bidder conference.– Assist the District in responding to questions from the resulting from the pre–bid conference.– Assist the District in forming an evaluation committee to evaluate the proposals and make a recommendation to the School Board.– Analyze and compare all proposals, then provide a written report to the district. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 3, 2024.
