(1) Vendor needs to provide vinyl tile replacement service.– furniture, complete the removal of existing flooring and install the new flooring prior to moving back the office furniture to the same location.– Provide to install Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in the specific areas.– Work will include removal of the existing tile flooring, floor preparation, installation of the LVT, furnishing and installing wall base, and compliant transitions.– Responsible for the removal and recycling of existing flooring. – Responsible for the preparation and installation of vinyl wall base, compliant transitions, and LVT.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 12, 2024.
